Curious? Good.
What is Gaussian splatting?
It reconstructs a viewable 3D scene from overlapping photos or video using many small 3D Gaussians. You can move around the result. It is different from a solid mesh for CAD or 3D printing.
Do my photos leave my computer?
Import, reconstruction, training, editing and export run locally. The current desktop preview does not upload your capture files. Downloading the app and visiting this website use the internet.
Does it work on Windows?
A Windows x64 internal installer has been built; GPU workflows still need real hardware validation. The currently verified preview is for Apple Silicon Macs with macOS 15 or later. We will list Windows requirements after real hardware validation.
How long does a scene take?
It depends on photo count, resolution, scene coverage, your computer and available memory. We do not promise a fixed processing time or successful reconstruction for every capture.
Is this a subscription?
The planned paid edition is a one-time purchase. There are no monthly generation credits. Pricing and purchase access have not opened yet.
